Teaching content:

Part B Let’ s talk & Read and Write (Read)

Teaching aims:

1.通过老师设置的情境,使学生能够理解对话大意;通过联系上下文和看图,能够理解新词语 help的意思。

2.能够在情景中恰当运用句型Let’s .../Let me...提出行动建议并做出正确反应。

3.能在老师的引导下,有参与集体活动的意识;培养学生爱护教室、校园、社区环境与设施的公民意识;和同伴互助,提出行动建议并作出正确反应。

Warm-up:

T: Now, let’s chant.

S: Chant together

(设计意图:以chant的形式巩固前两课时所学的词句,充分调动起了学生学习的积极性。)

Revision

  完成Read and tick or cross

T: Look, our classroom is mess now. 出示Read and   write部分图片。

S: 完成tick练习。

T: Now, who can tell me: Where is the...?

S: It’s on/in/under...

T: The classroom is in a mess. It’s not beautiful now, what can we do?

S: We can clean the clean the classroom.

T: OK, let’s clean the classroom together. (板贴clean the classroom)

(设计意图:一个帮助老师在乱糟糟的教室里找东西的情境,既复习了前面学过的目标句子,又引起本课要谈论的clean the   classroom的话题。另外,通过教师的体式语和夸张的语气,让学生感知help这个生词,为后面的对话学习做好准备。)

Presentation

1.Watch and   think:

T: Zhang Peng,   Wbingbing, Mike and John will clean the classroom. What will they do? Let’s   watch and find the answer. (播放课文视频)

S: Watch and   think

T: What’s the   difference between“let’s”and“let me”

S: Let’s表示让我们,Let   me 表示让我

T: The sentence   begins with“let”, we call it“imperative sentence”. Behind the “let”,it always put the original form of the verb. Look, Zoom says: Let   me turn on the light. Please say more sentences begin with “let”

S: 学生尝试说更多的以let打头的祈使句。

(设计意图:在播放之前提出问题,一方面引起学生阅读的兴趣,另一方面培养学生带着问题认真倾听的习惯和迅速提取信息的能力;培养学生以问题为导向,抓关键词句的阅读能力,让学生对比例句,发现let’slet me的差异,培养学生观察比较归纳的思维品质,让学生说更多的祈使句,培养语言运用的能力)
 
2.Read and find

T: 出示Mike提水图: Look! The water is too heavy. Mike says: help! He wants somebody   to help him. Look at the word: help, what does the letter e say?

S: /e/

T: Try to spell:   /h/-/elp/

S: Spell help.

T: What does help   mean here?

S: 帮助

T: Read and find:   Who will help Mike? What does he say?

S: Read the   dialogue then answer the question.

(设计意图:图片串联前后两个环节,再次创设语境,帮助学生理解help的含义,同时,借助学生已有语音知识经验,尝试自己去拼读记忆help,让学生体会到学习的成就感。)

3.Fill in the   blanks

  T: Please read again, then let’s fill in   the blanks.

  S: Read and fill in the blanks.

(设计意图:帮助学生熟悉课文,再次巩固本课重点let句型,让学生从整体上感知全文,了解英语的语言习惯。)

Practice:

1.Listen, repeat   and read.

T: Follow and   imitate the original sound.

S: Listen and   imitate.

T: Read the text   freely. You can read it in groups.

S: Read in groups.

T: Let’s play the   roles.

S: Role play in   the groups.

( 设计意图:输入规范的英语语音,让学生感知英语的语音语调;角色扮演让学生充分走进对话,走进人物,感受运用语言的成就感,体验英语学习的乐趣。)

Extension:

Group   work

T: Look, if today is cleaning day, you are at school or at home, What   will you do? Choose one place, talk about it in your groups.

S: Talk in the groups.

(设计意图:落实语言的工具性,让学生在实际的情境中运用语言,品尝到学习的乐趣。)

评价说明:将学生分为四个小组,每组一间小房子代表教室,如果学生回答问题准确或表现优秀,可以获得清洁工具贴画一张,最后用组内获得的清洁工具打扫教室,看哪组清洁工具最全,把教室清理的最干净。

(设计意图:板书设计突出重点句型   语法,给出语言架构,帮助学生完成最后的口语生成。评价契合本课内容,激发学生积极性和兴趣)

2 Try to describe how you clean the classroom with your classmate to   your friends or family.
